Remote Access Without Physical Key Exchange
The system removes the need for owners and guests to meet in person to exchange keys or cards. The keysafe opens with a secure PIN code or a Bluetooth credential, offering flexible access at any time. It suits properties where the existing door lock cannot be changed. Full Control for Property Owners
Owners maintain complete control of access permissions through the administrator app. They can send new electronic keys, update existing ones or cancel them instantly. Expired or deleted credentials stop working immediately, ensuring strong security for every booking.
How Owners Use the Keysafe
Owners place the physical key or MiFare card inside the keysafe. They then send the guest a PIN code or Bluetooth key through the Rent & Pass App.
How Guests Access the Property
Guests receive their PIN code or Bluetooth key on their smartphone. They open the keysafe on arrival and collect the key or card stored inside.
Advanced Security Features
The device supports permanent, temporary, cyclical and single‑use access codes. It includes opening alerts, anti‑spy PIN protection and remote auditing when connected through a gateway. The robust IP66‑rated case protects the unit in demanding outdoor environments. It uses BLE 4.1 connectivity and runs on four AAA batteries for dependable performance.
