Bluetooth & Code Opening
The FLAT 2 electronic lock is designed especially for rental holiday homes with a high turnover of guests.
Its remote management system means the owner and guest do not need to meet to hand over traditional mechanical keys. Once the reservation is confirmed, the holiday home owner sends an electronic key to the guest with validity as contracted on the reservation.
Security and comfort in your holiday rental home
The FLAT 2 electronic lock for holiday homes allows the guest to open the apartment door with their smartphone using the Omnitec Rent & Pass app or with a pin code.
The owner keeps absolute control over the electronic keys at all times via the codes sent to each guest, and can send new electronic keys, modify existing ones or cancel them at any time from their administrator app.
Once the electronic keys have expired or are deleted, the guest cannot access the accommodation until receiving another valid key.
Guests not only benefit from the comfort of the reliable, technologically advanced Rent & Pass system, but also increase their perception of enjoyment during the holiday period in the rental home.

X1R SMART – Lock for armoured doors compatible with Argo App
The x1R Smart motorized lock for armoured doors is one of the products of ISEO Zero1 product range that can be easily programmed and controlled using Argo, a smartphone app available for both iOS and Android that allows for door access permissions to be added, deleted and modified. It can be opened with smartphone, Apple Watch Series 3 and Series 4, ISEO cards, pre-existing RFID cards (contactless credit cards, public transport tickets, access control cards, etc.), PIN codes and fingerprint readers. The x1R Smart is a motorized lock designed specifically for armoured doors: its opening and closing functions are controlled by a motor, and the bolt can be operated mechanically using a traditional key in the event of a power outage.
This product is interchangeable with most common mechanical locks: it has the same accessories, and the simple electrical connections make the installation extremely easy. What is more, all the models are reversible, with different bolt protrusions and centre distances. On the Single Action version, the interior handle also retracts the bolts, in a single fluid motion: in this manner, the user can always open the door quickly and easily from the inside by simply pressing on the handle, even if the bolts are extended (the door is locked with maximum security conditions).

Opening with numerical code, Bluetooth and on-line
The Rent&Pass system incorporates a numeric keypad access control for garage doors, parking barriers, turnstiles or electric latches.
Installation of this access control is additional to the residence lock and unifies the entire access management system for the holiday home guest.
Connected to the electric door lock, the Digit keyboard allows guests to open the door with the code and the electronic key received on their smartphone (after reserving the holiday home) and access to the apartment door without a traditional key.

Operation
The online OMNITEC system operates by double connectivity: Bluetooth and Wi-Fi.
Devices → Administrator
Electronic locks and access controls send the information via Bluetooth to the Gateway.
The Gateway, connected to a hotel Wi-Fi network, sends all the information received to the server to make it available for the administrator.
Administrator → Devices
The online functions the administrator executes remotely from their PC or Smartphone are transmitted from the server to the Gateway via Wi-Fi, and channelled via Bluetooth to the locks and access controls.
When the administrator Smartphone and the lock or access control to be managed are within the Bluetooth range, they communicate directly via Bluetooth and transmit the information without using the Gateway or Wi-Fi.
To implement an online system, a Wi-Fi network, locks and/or access controls with Bluetooth connectivity from Omnitec are essential.
