Hotel Access Control and Security Management
The software uses secure MIFARE proximity technology, one of the world’s most trusted RFID systems. It works with access cards, key fobs, wristbands and all-inclusive bracelets, giving hotels the flexibility to choose the best solution for their guests. Each credential is securely encrypted to protect guest data and prevent unauthorised access.
Intelligent Hotel Lock Management
The management platform supports multiple users and stores information in a secure SQL database. It integrates with leading property management systems, including Opera and other popular PMS solutions, making hotel operations faster and more efficient. Staff can manage guest and employee access, create different permission levels and issue replacement credentials if needed.
The software also supports hostel accommodation with independent guest check-in and check-out, timed access permissions and automatic credential revalidation. Combined with electronic hotel locks and premium hotel room accessories, SMARTPASS helps hotels improve security, reduce administration time and provide a seamless, professional experience for every guest.

When installed on a door or controlled access point, the device revalidates user permissions and then grants access, helping improve security while speeding up the entry process.
