Smart Electronic Locker Lock with Flexible Access
OMNITEC designed the Lockerfy system for quick and simple installation. It works with lockers, cabinets and drawers made from a wide range of materials.
The system offers several ways to open and manage the lock:
Bluetooth BLE – Open the lock using a smartphone and mobile app.
Online access – Open and manage locks remotely through the Gateway.
Emergency access – Administrators can use a master code for emergency opening.
PIN code – Create permanent, temporary, recurring or one-time access codes.
MiFare proximity card – Users can gain access with a compatible card.
These flexible access options make Lockerfy suitable for both guest and staff use.
Online Locker Management with Gateway
Add the optional Gateway to connect Lockerfy to Wi-Fi and bring the locks online.
The Gateway sends recorded access events to the Cloud. Administrators can then review the audit trail through the app or software.
It also allows remote opening. For example, if a user cannot access their locker, an authorised administrator can open it remotely through the app or software.
Lockerfy Operating Modes
Lockerfy offers two main operating modes:
Auto-closing mode – Set the lock to close automatically after a programmed period.
Open mode – The user closes the lock using a Bluetooth electronic key, PIN code or card.
Flexible User Modes
The system also supports several user modes:
Owner mode – Ideal for a locker assigned to one person.
Allocation mode – Suitable for shared locker areas. One card can secure one available locker at a time.
Automatic opening – Programme the system to open lockers automatically at a set time.
Battery Powered Electronic Furniture Lock
Lockerfy requires no hard wiring. Instead, it runs on 4 AAA batteries, which makes installation quick and simple.
When the battery level falls below 10%, Lockerfy prevents the lock from closing. This helps avoid a situation where a user locks the unit and then cannot reopen it because the batteries have run out.
The system also activates an audible and visual alarm if someone forces the lock open.
Emergency Power Connection
Lockerfy also provides a solution if the internal batteries run out completely.
A built-in emergency connector allows an authorised person to connect a compatible power bank and temporarily power the lock. This provides access without having to damage the locker, drawer or furniture.
Lockerfy Gateway for Remote Access
The optional Gateway turns Lockerfy locks into connected online devices.
Once connected through Wi-Fi, each lock can send recorded events to the Cloud. Administrators can then check access records through the Lockerfy app or management software.
The Gateway also supports remote opening. If a user reaches a Lockerfy-controlled locker without the correct access credential, an authorised administrator can open the lock remotely.
